3) 1100 hrs. - Law Enforcement Bicyclists depart for MRDC from VFW
4) 1130 hrs. - Organized Ride to MRDC begins and arrives at MRDC approx. 1200 hrs.
5) 1200 hrs. - Opening Ceremony at Mission Road DC, by MRDC Chaplin Jim DeHoog & Staff
6) 1215 hrs. - Formal welcome by SAPD Chief William McManus - 2008 Parade Grand Marshall
7) 1230 hrs. - Appreciation by 2008 BK12 Coordinator Oscar "Necio" Salinas
8) 1240 hrs. - Central Catholic Band Concert as Red Santa arrives MoonStruck Fire Truck & SA Fire's Red Santa Arrive by Motorcycle (Band plays as the parade arrives)
9) 1300 hrs. - Band Concert still playing as Air Life and Blue Santa arrive by Helicopter
10) 1315 hrs. - Hand out presents and goodie bags to the MRDC kids
11) 1345 hrs. - Conclusion and thanks by BK12 Coordinators & Rev. Dehoog
12) 1400 hrs. - BBQ at Leon's & fellowship

Christmas Awards Banquet
Saturday, December 20th, 2008
The Blue Knights TX Chapter IV San Antonio yearly Christmas Awards Banquet will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2008 at Harmon’s Barbeque in Cibolo, TX.
This is a special time of the year when we all have the opportunity to enjoy each other’s company at dinner. Also it’s that time of the year to welcome in our newly elected 2009-2010 executive officers.
We have reserved the banquet hall from 5:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. for our event. The chapter will provide for our member and one (1) guest. They will be served a plate of BBQ brisket and sausage with sides, trimmings and a non-alcoholic drink.
We will forward the confirmed event itinerary a little closer to the date of the award banquet. Here are some times for consideration in case you have more than one event to attend to that evening:
5:30 p.m. Arrive at banquet hall
6:00 p.m. Dinner will be served and Chapter Meeting (confirming election results into official minutes)
7:00 p.m. Awards Program, Special Guest Presentation and Installation of 2009-2010 Executive Officers
7:45 p.m. Program ends

We're coming to the time of the year when renewals need to be submitted by renewing members. Please consider submitting your renewal dues early or before the end of December 2008. You can submit your 2009 dues to any Board Officer for the 2009 year.
